The client was struggling with manual, error-prone scheduling processes. Managing multiple shifts across different departments led to frequent overlap errors, miscommunication, and a massive loss of administrative time. They needed a highly secure, automated system that could handle complex logic without crashing.

I engineered a custom, fully scalable web application featuring an intuitive drag-and-drop scheduling interface. To ensure absolute reliability, I implemented a rigorous automated Quality Assurance pipeline, ensuring zero database overlapping and flawless performance under heavy load.
