MK Furniture is an upscale, high-performance e-commerce storefront dedicated to elegant, high-quality furniture, bridging the gap between a premium in-store experience and a seamless digital shopping journey.

The client, a successful high-end retailer, struggled to translate their in-person brand value to an online platform. Their existing solution was slow, unreliable, and failed to manage complex inventory synchronizations, resulting in high shopping cart abandonment rates and a loss of high-ticket conversion opportunities.

The Solution & Tech Stack

I engineered a custom, full-stack e-commerce solution focused on extreme speed, trust, and flawless visual experience. I implemented a robust Quality Assurance pipeline that strictly validates every single transaction and inventory update in real-time. To drive high-ticket conversions, I integrated custom interactive features like 360-degree product views and AI-powered personalized product recommendations (“You Might Also Like”) based on browsing history.
